Christmas Day

Christma Day is on December 25. It starts at midnight. Most children wake up to open their gifts from Santa. Father Christmas comes from Finland, the country of a thousand lakes, with his bag full of gifts. At night when it snows children come out to build snowman. This last one has a carrot as a nose, a hat, a scarf and a stick. It is a tradition we like to keep. Of course, it is best to be cautious now because of the pandemic. There are people who think the cool weather heals, it is probably true. Christmas is a day to be happy, eat some pastry and drink a cup of coffee to warm up.
